The Internal Operations teams ensure that the PRI is sufficiently and responsibly resourced to do its work servicing signatories and ultimately serving their beneficiaries.


The Human Resources team works to attract, retain and develop the required human capital.

The Operations and Finance teams work to build a financially sustainable organisation, and to provide the infrastructure required to enhance transparency of, and collaboration amongst, signatories.

The PRI website combines public outreach with signatory-only tools such as the Collaboration Portal and the Reporting Framework. Rich personalisation features allow users to build a profile of their interests and receive a homepage and e-newsletters that are tailored to them.

Ana Oliveira

Ana Oliveira, HR Admin Assistant

Ana Oliveira joined PRI in August 2015 as a Human Resources Assistant to the Associate Director of Human Resources. 
Prior to the PRI, Ana gained extensive experience working in various organisations, including The Fostering Network and in the Portuguese private sector. She holds a degree in Language and Business Strategy from the University of Aveiro.

Karen Williams

Karen Williams, Receptionist/Administrator

Karen joined the PRI in August 2014. She ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the PRI office, supporting management and teams.

Prior to joining the PRI, Karen studied Business Management at London Metropolitan University achieving a BA (Hons).

Elaine Miller

Elaine Miller, Financial Accountant

Elaine joined the PRI in August 2014.

Prior to the PRI, Elaine worked in various industries including Reservoir Evaluation and Global Growth Equity.

Elaine is ICSA qualified and a CIMA finalist.

Faima Akthar

Faima Akthar, Assistant Management Accountant

Faima joined the PRI in November 2010. She manages finance processes, payroll and management accounts.

Before joining the PRI, Faima worked within the Finance team at the International Organisation for Migration, IOM, who work to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration. Prior to this, she worked with The Children’s Society, a charity focused on social justice and welfare provision.

Faima holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich and is Part Qualified in CIMA.

Katherine Pruski

Katherine Pruski, Signatory Operations and Network Manager

Katherine joined the PRI in February 2011. She oversees sign-up and invoicing, and coordinates UK signatories.

Prior to the PRI Katherine worked on the membership team at Pilotlight, a UK-based charity, and before that the Welsh Assembly Government on a support programme for business start-ups.

Tatenda Kupara

Tatenda Kupara, IT Manager

Tatenda joined the PRI in November 2013. He oversees the delivery of IT services.

Prior to this, he spent eight years working within various UK-based organisations, including the University of Warwick.

Tatenda is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in SQL Server 2008/2012.

Jozsef Harcsa

Jozsef Harcsa, Systems Analyst

Jozsef joined the PRI in July 2014. He supports the delivery of IT services.

Prior to joining the PRI, Jozsef had worked in various telecommunication and IT positions across the public sector in Hungary.

Jozsef holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Information Technology and is currently completing his M.Sc. in Engineering Information Technology. He has Microsoft Certifications in SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013.
