Fiona Reynolds

Fiona joined the PRI in 2013. She has overall responsible for the PRI’s operations globally.

Fiona has more than 20 years' experience in the pension sector, working in particular with the Australian government, and has played a key role in advocating pension policy change on behalf of working Australians. Fiona has a particular interest in retirement outcomes for women.

Prior to joining the PRI, Fiona spent seven years as Chief Executive Officer at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST). Fiona has formerly been a director of AUSfund, Industry Funds Credit Control, Australia for UNHCR and the National Network of Women in Super. In September 2012, she was named by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s top 100 women of influence for her work in public policy.

Fiona also serves on the Councils of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), Tomorrow’s Company, the Global Advisory Council on Stranded Assets at Oxford University and the Business for Peace Steering Committee.

Melissa Eisdell

Melissa Eisdell, Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Melissa joined the PRI in August 2014.  She is the primary point of contact for managing and coordinating the Managing Director’s external activities relating to the development and growth of the PRI globally.

Prior to joining the PRI Melissa spent 14 years in research, communications and analysis roles; spanning financial and professional services, media and international affairs. She has previously held positions at the International Institute for Strategic Studies,, Associated Press, Euromoney, Lloyd’s of London and the London Stock Exchange.


Craig Fergusson

Kris DoumaInvestment Practices and Reporting

Kris joined the PRI in January 2016. He is responsible for teams developing support tools to help investors implement the Principles and ensuring the accountability of signatories.

Before joining the PRI, Kris was at NBA, the Dutch professional organisation for accountants, where he coordinated activities around the oversight of Dutch accountants following a series of scandals in the sector.

He spent more than seven years as Director of Responsible Investment and Governance at MN, a fiduciary asset manager for 15 Dutch and UK pension funds, and served in the Dutch parliament as a spokesperson for economic globalisation, the European Lisbon Process, European services directive, WTO (World Trade Organisation), ILO (International Labour Organisation), corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, accountancy and budget control.

Nathan Fabian

Nathan Fabian, Policy and Research

Nathan joined the PRI in July 2015. He is responsible for work on more sustainable financial markets and the PRI Academy.

Nathan previously led the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC) as CEO for six years, and spent two and a half years as Head of ESG Research at Regnan. He has also worked as a senior consultant for Arthur Andersen, as a market analyst at German-based telecommunications company Krone and as a corporate governance policy advisor to Senator Penny Wong of Australia.

Mr Fabian holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of New South Wales and a BBus. from the University of Newcastle.

Lorenzo Saa

Lorenzo Saà, Global Networks & Outreach

Lorenzo joined the PRI in 2009. He is responsible for the PRI’s global outreach and signatory relations strategy. Prior to his current role, Lorenzo led the Implementation Support, Investor Engagements and Reporting and Assessment teams.

Before joining the PRI, he held project manager and financial analyst roles at UniCredit and MicroRate, overseeing microfinance initiatives and advising on responsible investments. He also served as an independent consultant for development organisations such as the World Bank and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

He holds a BA in Business and Economics from the Università Cattolica, Milan, and a joint MBA/Masters in International Public Policy from SDA Bocconi, Milan and SAIS – Johns Hopkins, Washington, D.C.

Mark Blair

Mark Blair, Operations and Finance

Mark joined the PRI in July 2010. He oversees the PRI's finances, including its commercial fundraising efforts, and internal technology systems.

For many years Mark was Chief Finance Officer of General Atlantic (the business arm of the Atlantic Philanthropies) in the UK and also CEO of a luxury goods division within the group. Mark began his professional career as an investment analyst in the City before becoming a Chartered Management Accountant. He has since combined several international Managing and Finance Director roles, predominantly in fashion, leisure, retail and online.

Mark is involved with Child's i Foundation, a charity dealing with baby abandonment in Uganda, which was set up in 2009.

Sagarika Chatterjee

Sagarika ChatterjeePolicy and Research

Sagarika joined the PRI in 2013. She leads PRI’s work on investor action on climate change.

Prior to the PRI, Sagarika worked for over ten years’ at BMO Global Asset Management (a founder signatory to the PRI), focusing on engagement with companies and incorporating ESG factors into investment practices. She has served as Vice-Chair of UKSIF and trustee of environmental research charity Earthwatch. She started her career at Kingfisher plc in a commercial role, sourcing timber for B&Q.

Sagarika serves in a personal capacity on the investment committee of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, an independent organisation working to inspire social change. She has an MSc in Development Studies from University of London, a Management Studies Diploma from the University of Oxford and a BA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Craig Fergusson

Craig FergussonHuman Resources

Craig joined the PRI in June 2013. He oversees the PRI's efforts to attract and develop the right staff.

Previously working in financial services headhunting, Craig worked in HR including in-house recruitment, following a period heading up a quant desk. Prior to this, Craig worked as an investment analyst for an independent brokerage and was responsible for a sales team. He started his career in financial services as an investment analyst covering semiconductors and related technology stocks.

Craig has a PhD in Surface Chemistry, a Diploma in International Business and an MSc in Human Resource Development.

Graeme Griffiths

Graeme Griffiths, Global Networks & Outreach

Graeme joined the PRI in April 2016. He leads outreach and signatory relations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Graeme has over 30 years’ professional experience in asset management and corporate finance. He worked as a senior portfolio adviser and investment team member of Vontobel Asset Management’s US-based quality growth equity business, prior to which he was a senior portfolio manager and currency overlay specialist in Alliance Bernstein’s value equity team. Before moving into asset management, Graeme was a partner and head of European M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance, prior to which he was one of the founding members of the M&A advisory team at J.P. Morgan, where he worked for 16 years in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and New York.

Graeme hold a BSc in Economics from LSE and an MSc in Management (Sloan Fellowship) with distinction from London Business School.  He also serves as a new enterprise mentor for The Prince’s Trust

Maria Lettini

Maria LettiniGlobal Networks and Outreach

Maria joined the PRI in September 2011. She heads the PRI’s outreach and signatory relations effort in the Americas.

Maria has over 15 years’ experience in business and finance. She spent eight years working in institutional equity sales at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, covering European, Asian and Latin American equities.

Maria obtained a Master of Arts in Environment, Politics and Globalization from King's College London and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Latin American Studies from San Diego State University.

Matthew McAdam

Matthew McAdam, Communications

Matthew joined the PRI in April 2012. He oversees communication with signatories, the media and other external stakeholders, as well as events including PRI in Person.

Prior to joining the PRI, Matt was Associate Director of Communications at Standard & Poor's in London, where he managed communications and media relations across S&P's credit ratings, indices, equity and fund research businesses over six years, particularly in Middle Eastern emerging markets and in South Africa. He was previously a finance journalist at The Australian Financial Review in Sydney.

Matthew completed a Masters in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge and holds a Bachelor of Communications from Griffith University. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and the UK Investment Management Certificate.

Tomi Nummela

Tomi Nummela, Investment Practices

Tomi joined the PRI in January 2014. He oversees the development of support tools for investors implementing the Principles, including for investors making direct investments, within each asset class, and for asset owners developing policies and working with external managers.

Tomi was previously a Programme Manager at the University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, delivering a thought-leadership programme for institutional investors. He previously held capital market roles at Société Générale as a Director responsible for corporate debt origination, at ABN AMRO Rothschild managing Nordic equity origination, and at ABN AMRO.

Tomi has an MSc in Finance from the University of Turku and an MBA in CSR from the University of Nottingham. He chairs a charity, The Bootstrap Company, running an active programme of support for young unemployed people, start-ups and small businesses.

Valeria Piani

Valeria Piani, ESG Engagements

Valeria joined the PRI in June 2008. She is responsible for a range of investor-company engagements on specific on environmental, social and governance topics

Before joining the PRI, Valeria worked in international development cooperation for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations Development Programme in Argentina. She also worked in Italy as consultant on corporate communications and CSR for multinational companies. Valeria graduated in International Public Administration and Development at the Luigi Bocconi Business School of Milan. She also completed a Master of Arts in CSR at the University of Nottingham Business School with a dissertation on the effectiveness of shareholders’ collaborative engagement activities with companies on ESG issues.

Her research has been published by the Business & Society Journal and Emerald Group Publishing and it has been selected by the Editors as an Outstanding Author Contribution in the 2014 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence.

Christopher Sperling

Christopher SperlingCorporate Office

Christopher joined the PRI in 2011. He provides high-level support to the Managing Director and the PRI Board.

Christopher holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BA in History of Art from the School of Oriental and African Studies and University College London.
